Two days ago, I received a text message at 6:35 PM which read:

Hi Frank, it's Kiran. Please pray for Angelo. His wife just texted that he has a fever and it's serious.

It was time to jump into action.  So I responded as I prayed and texted back:

Foul spirit of fever in Angelo, I command you in Jesus name to leave NOW and enter him no more. Body be healed and made whole. So be it.

Kiran responded right back:

So be it.

Wait!  I missed something.  Once prayed for, it is important to have them do what they could not do before, to effectuate the instant healing.  It is like punching the devil in the nose, or kicking him in the teeth, or spitting in his face.  It is the quickest way to loosen the devil’s hold over any illness or infirmity and break his power.  How many times did Jesus command people to go and do something and they would be healed as they obeyed and went?  “Go wash in the pool of Siloam.”   “Go and show yourselves to the priests.”  “Do not fear.  Only believe.”

So I texted again:

Now tell Angelo to go and do what he could not do before.

Kiran’s response back:

Ok

The next day at 2:47 PM I received the following report:

His fever left : )

So I texted back:

Of course it did. It had no choice. Praise Jesus!

That reminded me of when Peter’s mother-in-law was laid sick of a fever and Jesus touched her hand and the fever left her.

And when Jesus was come into Peter’s house, he saw his wife’s mother laid, and sick of a fever. And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them.  Matthew 8:14-15

In Angelo’s case, he was touched in the spirit via a text message.  Praise Jesus!
