Humor

(Scroll down for the comics!)

God certainly gave us humor together with all of our other gifts. Our Father has a great sense of humor himself. In Isaiah 44:8 He asks:

“Is there a God beside me?”

And in a kind of dry British humor He answers Himself and says:

“yea, there is no God; I know not any.”

Well, if the God of the entire universe does not know of any other God besides Himself, then we can rest assured that He is the only one!

Happiness and laughter are also good medicine for healing:

Proverbs 17:22 – A merry heart doeth good [like] a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
