Naked Before God

Will you be naked before God for all eternity?

Or will you be clothed with Christ?

There are only 2 choices.  Make sure you make the right choice.

Message delivered to the men and women of the Goodwill Rescue Mission on December 7, 2017.

Unforgiveness

Foregiveness Giift“Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:”  Eph 4:26

As you can see here, it is OK to be angry.   But it is not OK to let your anger boil over into sin such as revenge, harboring resentment or even holding a grudge.

We are to forgive and preferably soon and definitely before the sun goes down.

Many people live with unforgiveness and carry this around their neck as a ten ton weight upon their shoulders.  They are convinced that the other person must first repent and then come and ask them for their forgiveness before they will even consider forgiving them.  This is not biblical at all.  Continue reading Unforgiveness

Jesus The Worm

This of course is prophetic of Jesus hanging on the cross being despised and rejected of men.

The End Of Judaism

torahSome people believe that Judaism still exists.

They know people who call themselves Jews and who say that they are Jewish, claiming that they are some part of Judaism.

They do not realize that Judaism, with all of its rituals of Sabbath observance, keeping the law, dietary restrictions, blood sacrifices and temple worship, has ceased to exist and that all of these practices have come to an abrupt end with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.   Continue reading The End Of Judaism

Questions for Catholics

catholicHaving been born a Roman Catholic, raised by a father who had studied to be a Jesuit priest but did not complete his studies, and having studied Catholicism in depth before coming to the realization that RC doctrine did not line up with scripture and even contradicted it, I “came out of her” as per Revelations 18:4.

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.  Revelation 18:4

My questions for most Catholics I minister to today is simply this:

When you die as a Catholic, where will you go?   Continue reading Questions for Catholics

Arguing with Agnostics and Atheists

adam-and-eve-temptationNature itself proves that there is a God.

The beauty and goodness in the world proves that God exists. And since we are created in His image, these are His attributes that we have inherited by design.

The bad things in this world proves that evil exists.  Evil is not from God but from the adversary, the devil. This we inherited not from God but from Adam’s fall and failure to obey God. Continue reading Arguing with Agnostics and Atheists

Can I Take Your Order?

generic_fastfood“Yes, one double cheeseburger with extra cheese, hold the pickle, large fries and a strawberry milkshake.  O, and I’ll have some extra mayo with that.”

How is it that we have no problem ordering what we want from a fast food menu, but we get all tongue tied when we order healing for someone?  Yes, I said order.

Praying for healing for someone is just like ordering off of a menu.  When you order food, you have to tell the person taking your order exactly what you want.  If you don’t, you may not get what you want or like what you get.  If you hesitate and don’t know what you want or don’t say it clear enough, they may ask you to please step aside and let the next person in line order until you know what it is that you want to order.   Continue reading Can I Take Your Order?

Jesus Takes Man’s Crutch

crutchWe were at the Goodwill Rescue Mission having a great time ministering to a room full of men and a few women as well.

As we were winding down, I noticed a man with a crutch sitting all the way in the back of the room.  I packed up my music gear and left it to make a beeline over to him.  I looked this man in the eye and said, “Hi.  I’m a minister and I pray for people and God heals them.  Can I pray for you?”   Continue reading Jesus Takes Man’s Crutch

Drive By Healing

walkerIt was a warm summer day and I was driving from one appointment to another for business.  The way my GPS was sending me, meandered through a suburban neighborhood of small, one family homes with a decent size yard in front of each home.

I crossed over a road and casually looked to my left when I saw her.  She was weeding her garden holding on to her walker.  It struck me odd that an older woman with a handicap, would be out in the heat of the day, weeding her garden with her walker.  As I pondered the scene, I kept driving and was about a block away when it hit me.  I should stop to pray for her.  After all, I had just started learning about being able to pray for people to heal them.

No, I can’t.  I need to get to my next appointment, I thought, when immediately my conscience smote me and spoke to me loud and clear, “No you don’t!  You have at least another hour before you need to be there!”   Continue reading Drive By Healing

Moving Mountains

We were at the flea market with our team and bumped into Fermin.

He was walking very slowly with a cane.  He was Spanish speaking but also spoke pretty good English.  When we asked him what the condition was he said he was in severe back and neck pain.  He could not even turn his head.

Margaret, one of our team members, had come for the first time to our outreach event.  She had several health issues herself which we prayed for and she was set free of them all.  She even received a vision correction to where she could suddenly read the signs posted in the office trailer window from a distance.  As a result, Margaret said she was ready to be activated (the term we use to have disciples pray for other people and see them get instantly healed).   Continue reading Moving Mountains

Caught Up to the Third Heaven

direction-to-heavenManny is a dear friend of mine.  I have known him for at least 20 years.  He runs an auto repair service and has serviced our family for years.

My daughter came home one day and said that Manny wanted me to call him.  She had just picked up her car and this is what Manny had asked her to tell me.

So the next time I was in the area, I made it a point to stop in and see my old friend.  As I walked into the garage, he came towards me and pulled down his collar to show me a scar that extended across his entire neck.   Continue reading Caught Up to the Third Heaven

Who Wants To Go To Purgatory?

ladyofmtcarmelwithsufferingsouls
Statue of Mary and baby Jesus with suffering souls in purgatory begging for mercy

Biblical Christians believe that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord as Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 5:8.  Therefor when we die in Christ, having been born again, confessed and repented of our sins, the next face we will see is that of Jesus, our Lord and our Savior.

The most basic tenet of the Christian faith is that Jesus paid the price for our sins by the shedding of His perfect, sinless blood on the cross as the Son of God, hereby being the sacrificial lamb that takes away the sins of the world.  This is what John the Baptist by the Holy Spirit confirmed when he saw Jesus coming to him.

The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.  John 1:29

Paul confirms that only the shedding of blood can remit sins.  Therefore the only efficacy for the remission of sin is blood and nothing else.   Continue reading Who Wants To Go To Purgatory?

At The Sound Of The Trumpet

24jer0421the-sound-of-the-trumpetThe greatest event that will occur in the believer’s lifetime is either a) we will die and immediately be with the Lord or, b) the Lord will come for us as His church to take us home.

The word tells us that before Jesus’ triumphant return at His second coming to rule over all the world, He will first come to gather His church in the air to take us home.

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  1 Thessalonians 4:17

Notice that He does not touch down on the earth as He will do at His second coming when he will stand on Mount Moriah.  At that time “every eye will see Him” (Revelation 1:7).  At this time only believers will see Him because He is coming for us only.  Also notice that it says that we will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet Him in the air.  Further notice that once we meet Him in the air, we will be with Him forever.

Who will we be together with when this happens?  Who is the “them” in this verse?  Continue reading At The Sound Of The Trumpet

A Glimpse of Eternity

Instantly Healed, Saved and Baptized

It was a rainy overcast Saturday morning.  All night it had rained, even with lightning and thunderstorms early in the morning.  But we had scheduled an outing to the Meadowlands Flea Market and I was determined to go.

umbrella-dancingintherainOn the way it started pouring buckets.  I commanded the rain to stop by the time I got there.  It was relentless and actually started coming down even heavier.  I looked up and said “That’s okay.  I’ll give you some more time to do what you want as long as you stop by the time I get there.”

As I drove onto the parking lot of the flea market, the rain had died down to a drizzle.  Thank you, Lord!  Well, I was here but not many people were.  Even the vendors were only a handful compared to how many there usually are.  Well, at least I’m here, I thought to myself, Lord, the rest is up to you.   Continue reading Instantly Healed, Saved and Baptized

Nature Itself Disproves Evolution

peacockWhat many pro-evolution advocates call evolution is really only what is called “adaption” or “adaptation”.

Adaptation refers to the growth process of a natural being to adapt to its environment.  Even Wikipedia defines it as follows: “Adaptation is the evolutionary process whereby an organism becomes better able to live in its habitat or habitats.”

Animals, as well as, human beings may show physical changes to better adapt to their environments.  This is natural adaptation of the species within the species and not evolution from one species to another.   Continue reading Nature Itself Disproves Evolution

Impossible With Man

This was on the worldwide Life Team Skype chat: (roughly translated from Russian)

[12/29/2015 11:37:18 AM] Tatyana Matyash:

Keys.pngA young man serving in the army, was constantly humiliated because he believed in God.

One day the Captain wanted to humiliate this soldier before the entire army.  He called the soldier and said “Soldier, come here to pick up your keys and go to the car park.  There is a Jeep.  Sit behind the wheel and drive it to the Commandant’s Office and park my car there.”

The soldiers replied “I can’t drive!”  The captain said “Well then ask for help from your God!  Show us that He exists!”   Continue reading Impossible With Man

Jesus Heals Jains

jainAnand, one of our team members, called me on a Monday and asked me if he could bring over his neighbor and parents for healing.  He explained that they were Jains who practice Jainism, a religion that to us appears similar to Hinduism but yet is very different and quite popular in India.  I told him that would be fine and he brought them over the next day.

They were extremely nice and polite people and we had a wonderful time in conversation.  However, after talking a bit, I noticed that the mother was restless and in discomfort.  So I suggested we pray for her and relieve her of her pain first, then we could continue our discussion.  They agreed and I asked her what her condition was.   Continue reading Jesus Heals Jains

Paul’s Unnecessary Sufferings

paulWe have all done things in our zealousness that were, what we thought, was right at the time.  Only to find out that it was our own zealous desire from our heart and not necessarily God’s desire or His perfect will for us.  But we have a loving Father who is gracious, patient and forgiving and oft well pleased and delighted that we would be so zealous for Him.

Have you ever had a loved one go out of their way to do something for you, that you did not really want them to do?  Continue reading Paul’s Unnecessary Sufferings

Saleem Meets Sar Shalom

prince-of-peace.jpgAfter ministering music to the men at the Goodwill Rescue Mission and after packing up my stuff, before leaving, I decided to reach out to the guys directly and just sit down and talk with them.

One of them was a young man named Saleem which means peace similar to Shalom as in Sar Shalom or Prince of Peace.  I asked him if he believed in Jesus and I could tell he hesitated before he said yes, he did.  I said “Wait a minute.  You just hesitated before you said that.  Do you really believe in Jesus?”  “Well sometimes I do.”  He kind of avoided the question so I asked him “Hey, can I show you something?”  “Sure.” he replied.

How Many Apples Are In A Seed?

Nowhere in the bible does it say to go out and make converts.  It does however tell us to go out and make disciples.

apple-seedsWhat’s the difference?  A whole world of difference!

A convert in today’s definition of the modern-day church, is an individual who repeats a prayer to “accepts” Jesus into their heart.  One of the most popular sayings in today’s church culture is “Salvation is only a prayer away.”  Once this ritual has been performed, then the whole church will rally around that individual and tell them over and over again that they are saved by grace.  This too, is what they learned and “monkey see, monkey do”.

Yet, nowhere in scripture is this ritual supported.  Continue reading How Many Apples Are In A Seed?

Jesus Al-Masih in the Qur’an

230px-isa_jesus1
Isa Al-Masih (PBUH) – Jesus The Messiah

The Qur’an proclaims that Allah sent down the Book (Qur’an), the Taurat (Torah or the Law of Moses) and the Injeel (Gospel of Jesus):

Surah 3:3 -It is He Who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Taurat (Torah or the Law of Moses) and the Injeel (Gospel of Jesus) before this, as a guide to mankind, and He sent down the criterion (of judgment between right and wrong).

If the Qur’an states that all of these books were given by Allah in truth, then all 3 books must be read and believed by all Muslims and not just the Qur’an only which book is to “confirm what went before it” as stated above.   Continue reading Jesus Al-Masih in the Qur’an

Sons And Daughters Of God

First Servants

Luke 17:10

So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

jesus-hugThen Friends

John 15:13-16

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.   Continue reading Sons And Daughters Of God

Choose You This Day Whom You Will Serve!

“And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”  Joshua 24:15

as-for-meBefore God created man, He created the angels.  He created them perfect, beautiful and without sin.  Even Lucifer was created perfect and was called son of the morning and the bright and morning star.  Until iniquity was found in him when he tried to exalt himself above God and led many angels astray with him in his rebellion against God.  That is when he fell from heaven to earth and from that moment on, he was called Satan, which literally means “Adversary.”  Continue reading Choose You This Day Whom You Will Serve!

Love Letter From A Friend

Dear Friend,

How are you?  I just had to send you this letter to tell you how much I love you and care about you.

prince-of-peace          I saw you yesterday as you were walking with your friends.  I waited all day, hoping you would walk and talk with me also.  As evening drew near, I gave you a sunset to close your day, and a cool breeze to rest you.  Then I waited, but you never came.  O yes, it hurt me, but I still love you because I am your friend.

I saw you fall asleep last night, and I longed to touch your brow, so I spilled moonlight upon your pillow and your face… Again I waited, wanting to rush down so we could talk.   I have so many gifts for you.   Continue reading Love Letter From A Friend

What Must I Do To Be Saved?

What mus I do to be saved?“Saved from what?” you might ask.  Separation from God, is the answer.  “But I don’t need God in my life.”  No, you probably don’t believe that you do at the moment.  That’s only because you cannot see the other world yet that is hidden from you right now.  But someday you will see it and your eyes will be opened.  You only have natural eyes right now.  Someday you will have spiritual eyes once your natural eyes have died with the rest of your body.  Your spirit will live on and then you will see what you have been missing all this time.   Continue reading What Must I Do To Be Saved?

Where Is The Ark?

One of the greatest biblical discoveries of all time!

aoc

Model representation of the Ark of the Covenant

The ark of the covenant mysteriously disappeared around the time of the Babylonian exile and has not been seen for 2,600 years.  This is the ark that God commanded Moses to build in Exodus 25:10-22.

It was made out of shittim (acacia) wood overlaid with pure gold.  With the cubit at 25 inches, the dimensions would be 5’2.5″ long, 37.5″ high and 37.5″ wide.  It had a crown of gold round about and four rings of gold at the corners, two on each side.  To be able to carry the ark, two staves were made of the same wood and also overlaid with gold and placed through each of the two rings on each side.   Continue reading Where Is The Ark?

Unforgiveness Is A Bitter Poison

When you harbor bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

Has anyone ever wronged you?  Have you forgiven them?  If not, then you need to read this in its entirety.  Your very life may depend on it!poison

Unforgiveness is a bitter poison.  Left alone, it will eat at the very root of your heart and soul.  And if you let it suppurate and fester, it can ultimately destroy your very spirit and terminate in eternal death.   Continue reading Unforgiveness Is A Bitter Poison
