The Gift and Power of Tongues

DoveWhy would I want to refuse a gift that Jesus gave when He ascended on high and gave gifts unto men (Ephesians 4:8)?  Tongues was given at Pentecost and is a secure private channel that no enemy, devil, demon or even the NSA, can tap in to.

Ever wondered why you got the exact opposite of what you prayed for?

Well, if you use English, the enemy hears every word and tries to counter your moves.  When you use tongues, he cannot hear or understand or intercept a thing and your prayers are heard and your plans not thwarted.

I see more movement from prayers in tongues than anything else.  John G Lake said that tongues was the making of his ministry.  Who am I to argue?

Crippled Boy Instantly Healed

dr1.pngIf you have never heard of Dave Roberson, you are missing some amazing miracles.  His whole ministry was built on the love of God and the power of tongues.

I have posted some links below to some of Dave’s free resources and his free book The Walk of the Spirit – The Walk of Power in several languages you can download from his website.

But first, stop what you are doing and be prepared to be amazed in awe and wonder as you witness the love of God in Jesus through his minister Dave as he hugs this crippled boy with his displaced hip and leg, to minister God’s love to him as both are weeping.

Dave tells him and the church: “The compassion of God couldn’t stand it.  I couldn’t stand it.  I couldn’t.  I couldn’t stand it.  He said to me: “Hold him like I would.” and He would do something.  Something has been done!”  As Dave speaks in tongues, he beckons the boy to come forward.  Then he turns his back on him and walks away in total trust that it is already done and waits for him at the front of the podium.  No further prayer was necessary.
