Today I received a praise report from Irene in Kenya, for her baby boy.

He was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy/Kernicterus and was given an evil report that his case was hopeless by a doctor who claimed to be a believer no less.

DS or Down Syndrome is much similar to autism, Cerebral Palsy, MS, MD, etc. in the fact that they are all caused by a spirit of oppression.

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.  Acts 10:38

None if these are natural or generational but are all attacks from the enemy suppressing and stunting their natural growth in motor skills and cognitive abilities.  Once healed, these will resume and catch up to where they should have been had they not been oppressed. 

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  John 10:10
