Wait on The Lord?
To wait on the Lord is an Old Testament concept which is nowhere to be found in the New Testament.
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
So many professing believers today are “waiting on God”. They don’t want to take any initiative because, as they say, they are waiting on God to lead them, to give them a word, to guide them by the Spirit and whatever other excuse they can muster to avoid rolling up their sleeves and putting their hand to the plow. Yes, it is an excuse because it is not scriptural.

On October 26, 2023, Anne from Michigan sent me the following request for healing:
I’d love to chat both for prayer (my back) and my son (sick all the time… tho he was recently healed of a major symptom by Lord). Because he was healed, I started studying divine healing and did Curry’s DHT (listened only no manual) and fully believe in God’s Word and promises on the matter. I’ve been laying hands on people I come across that need healing. I have yet to hear any victory reports from doing this. Personally I speak to my back pain (5 year old disc injury) about 10x daily (whenever I feel it) and command healing and the pain to leave in Jesus’ name. I’m starting to get mad bc I’m in a flare again and refuse to accept defeat bc God’s Word is true. QUICK WORD ON AUTISM
Today I would like to share a quick word on autism with you from Curry Blake, overseer of JGLM Ministries in Plano, TX and the creator of the DHT or Divine Healing Technician training, teaching all who will listen and learn, how to be able to heal themselves and others they minister to. You can access this training for free at the link below.
I receive many calls and emails from parents with requests for me to pray for their child with autism or other what they call “birth defects” like Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, etc. These are not God created defects caused at birth but are all attacks from the enemy as in John 10:10, which are all forms of the spirit of oppression suppressing the child’s normal development.
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. Acts 10:38
The simplest explanation I can give you how to heal your child is to get rid of the oppressor and the child is then free to develop normally and catch up to where they should have been without the oppression.
One area that Curry addresses is vaccines or heavy metal poisonings after birth or during the mother’s pregnancy. It is sometimes devastating for parents to learn that they may have had a contributing hand in their child’s illness. But there is always forgiveness when we confess and repent of our deeds especially if we did them in ignorance (1 Timothy 1:13). His mercies are new every morning and Jesus is our advocate with the Father (1 John 1:9, 2:1).

How often have you heard this quoted? Especially when you are facing a huge challenge or a major struggle.
There is even a song about it. O, it sounds so wonderful and we sing it so reverently but the lyrics are so scripturally wrong.
Would you be startled to learn that the only place where this is quoted is in the Old Testament? Would it surprise you to learn that this is nowhere to be found in the New Testament? Quite the opposite actually.

So You Went to the Doctor Anyway…
You say that you are a believer. You say that you love the Lord with all your heart. You say that you believe in healing. You even say that by His stripes you were healed.
However you are still in pain or discomfort and desperately seeking relief. But you are not willing to wait on the Lord and exercise what you already have, to receive and manifest it, either because you don’t know how or are in unbelief.
So rather than trusting the Lord for His deliverance and against your better judgement you wavered and went to the doctor anyway, to be treated by them for relief of your symptoms. Or to go through with that surgery, radiation or chemo therapy or some other treatment that they prescribed for you to take.

One day as I was standing drinking coffee and eating a pastry after the service in the church I used to attend, a brother standing next to me doing the same, looked at me and out of nowhere asked me this question:

My first thought was “Excuse me? Lord, You put him here, didn’t You?” and I smiled. Mind you, I had never met him before and this church was not all that big.

How to Break Through For Healing
You prayed for healing for your friend and did not see anything happen.
So you stopped, shrugged your shoulders and made every excuse under the sun why they were not healed.
And you gave up.
Who told you that when you laid hands, nothing happened? Was it that lying devil? Why did you listen to him? Why did you believe him? Why? Will he ever tell you the truth?
Just because you did not see it, did not mean that nothing happened. It did. You just did not believe that something had already happened because you spoke life into his body and God’s word from your mouth does not return unto him void. Unborn Raised From The Dead
This is an amazing testimony of how a believing husband and wife, raised an unborn baby, who had died in the womb, to life from the dead.
Chino and Gigi were visiting his sister in Florida. One day his pregnant niece was visiting and said that she was having sharp pains in her stomach.
The next day she was taken to the hospital and when they did an ultrasound, they determined that she had lost twins, the two babies she was carrying.
When she came back she told them that she had lost the babies.

Healed Man Carries His Cane
When we prayed for this man, he was instantly healed of his pain and condition. As so often happens, we get so caught up in the moment and the joy of seeing the Lord perform a miracle right in front of our eyes, that we totally forget to capture it on video or to ask them for a testimony. I caught shot as I turned around and saw him walking away, carrying the cane he had used before he was healed and just had to capture it.
“But when the multitudes saw it, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.” Matthew 9:8
We marvel every day and glorify God continuously that He has indeed given such power unto us. Praise Jesus!

Crippled Boy Instantly Healed
If you have never heard of Dave Roberson, you are missing some amazing miracles. His whole ministry was built on the love of God and the power of tongues.

Something has been done!” As Dave speaks in tongues, he beckons the boy to come forward. Then he turns his back on him and walks away in total trust that it is already done and waits for him at the front of the podium. No further prayer was necessary.
