Today I would like to share a quick word on autism with you from Curry Blake, overseer of JGLM Ministries in Plano, TX and the creator of the DHT or Divine Healing Technician training, teaching all who will listen and learn, how to be able to heal themselves and others they minister to.  You can access this training for free at the link below.

I receive many calls and emails from parents with requests for me to pray for their child with autism or other what they call “birth defects” like Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, etc.  These are not God created defects caused at birth but are all attacks from the enemy as in John 10:10, which are all forms of the spirit of oppression suppressing the child’s normal development.

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. Acts 10:38 

The simplest explanation I can give you how to heal your child is to get rid of the oppressor and the child is then free to develop normally and catch up to where they should have been without the oppression. 

One area that Curry addresses is vaccines or heavy metal poisonings after birth or during the mother’s pregnancy.  It is sometimes devastating for parents to learn that they may have had a contributing hand in their child’s illness.  But there is always forgiveness when we confess and repent of our deeds especially if we did them in ignorance (1 Timothy 1:13).  His mercies are new every morning and Jesus is our advocate with the Father (1 John 1:9, 2:1).

Many parents that contact me to pray for their child, I let them know that getting rid of the oppressor is much easier than the process of rehabilitating the child to where he or she will be if you as the parent will only be diligent and persistent in their further development.  This is the part that takes time, effort and daily devotion.

Once I pray with them over their child and cast out the oppressor, my job is done and the child is free to develop normally.  But the parents need to pick up the baton and carry it forward for the full development of their child. 

However, most parents are so thrilled to have their child be normal like all the other children they see, that they have no problem with doing this.  It is the besetting desperation that now gives way to hope that, yes, their child can and will be normal, that they have no problem dedicating whatever time and effort it takes.

The facts may be that they are not there yet but the truth of His word is that they were already healed by Jesus’ stripes at the whipping post. 2,000 years ago.  Now you simply speak to the facts to make them line up with the truth of word of God.  It is that simple. The truth of the word always overcomes the facts of the flesh by speaking those things that be not as though they were (Romans 4:17).

But it takes effort and consistency especially if you have never done this before.  You need to be transformed by the renewal of your mind (Romans 12:2) and especially the spirit of your mind (Ephesians 4:23) which is your attitude to walk as a son of God and minister to your child accordingly.

Above all, you must believe that when you pray, whatsoever you desire, believe you have received it and you shall have it (Mark 11:24).  And then speak it into being because you shall have whatsoever you say (Mark 11:23).  It is the name of Jesus through faith in His name that makes whole (Acts 3:16).

Watch your words!  You may never again say that your child is autistic, ever.  Never verbalize what you do not want.  You must speak that which you want for your child to be and that is free.  Whom the Son sets free shall be free indeed (John 8:36).

Do you love your child?  Of course you do.  Well then how much more do you believe that your heavenly Father loves your child?  They are His creation.  But He cannot go beyond your faith to heal them. 

Jesus said “According to your faith so be it unto you.” (Matthew 8:13; 9:29; James 1:5-8; Hebrews 11:6; Mark 11:22-24).  Many people in the gospels got healed and Jesus had nothing to do with it and He did not even pray for them.  Thousands got healed just by touching him (Luke 6:18; Matthew 14:34-36; Mark 6:56).  The woman with the issue of blood is the model example of being healed purely by her own faith.  He proclaimed unto the woman with an issue of blood, “Your faith has made you whole.” (Matthew 9:20-22; Mark 5:25-34; Luke 8:43-48).  It was not His faith but entirely hers.  He had nothing whatsoever to do with her healing other than that He was the first and only man on earth to have the Holy Spirit abiding in Him, the same Holy Spirit that abides in us.  You can touch Him too by faith through the Holy Spirit that abides in you and who quickens, or enlivens (heals), your mortal body.  Romans 8:11 proves this.

1. 1. Never ask God to so what He already did. (1 Peter 2:24, Matthew 8:16-17, 28:18-20)
   2. Never ask God to do what He told you to do. (John 14:12, Mark 16:18, Luke 10:19)

They are your child and your property and a gift from the Lord and they were known and knitted in the womb perfectly (Jeremiah 1:5).  The enemy has no authority over them whatsoever.  You do, and you have every right to exercise your authority over your own child. 

Your beef is not with God.  He has already done His part by sending His Son to take the stripes at the whipping post for your child’s healing.  And He will not do it again no matter how much you beg for healing.  Ain’t gonna happen.  You already have more than you know and everything you need to cast out the oppressing enemy in Jesus’ name and to command him to never enter your child ever again and command your child’s body to be healed head to toe and their cognitive abilities and bodily mobility to be completely restored and your child be made whole.
