Yesterday evening, Laura from San Antonio, Texas, sent me this emergency email of a tornado coming her way in the next 5 minutes

Time to take some action!

Jesus came as the last Adam and as a quickening spirit (1 Cor 15:45) to restore to us the dominion Adam had surrendered to the enemy.  This includes dominion over all the earth — including the weather.

But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!  Matt 8:27

And if Jesus did this then He also commanded us to do the same.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.  John 14:12
